New fund offers streamlined access to Brookfield’s private equity platform with monthly subscriptions
Allocations to alternative investments are accelerating among both institutions and individual investors.
Brookfield has launched the Brookfield Private Equity Fund Canada (BPE-CAD), an evergreen structure designed to provide streamlined access to its private equity platform, with monthly subscriptions and a low investment minimum.
The Fund offers exposure to a diversified portfolio of businesses, leveraging Brookfield’s operational expertise developed over a 25-year track record in private equity.
“Allocations to alternatives are growing rapidly—not just for institutions, but also among individual investors,” said David Nowak, president of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and CEO of BPE.
Anuj Ranjan, CEO of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, said, “Our private equity strategy is simple, consistent.” He described the firm as “focused on operational transformation in essential industrial and business services.”
